1. why do I need a customer account?


The customer account allows you to shop conveniently and view all current and previous orders.

2. how do I set up my customer account?


To create a new customer account, you must fill in all the necessary fields at https://storck.livewelt-digital.de/account/login and tick the required boxes. You can then quickly and easily create a customer account and start shopping straight away.


3. how do I log in and out?


In the top right-hand corner of our site, between "Notepad" and "Shopping basket", you will find the "Your account" tab. You can subscribe and unsubscribe here at any time.


4. can I change my user data?


After logging in, click on the "Your account" tab in the top right-hand corner of our website. Here you can edit your personal details, addresses and payment information.


5. how can I have my customer account deleted?


In accordance with the GDPR (rights of the data subject, point 5), you have the right to have your account and all personal data deleted. If you have this wish, please send us an e-mail to shop@storck-bikes.com


6. how can I pay with you?


You can pay conveniently by PayPal, VISA or Mastercard or by bank transfer/advance payment. If you collect your order yourself, you can pay either in cash or by credit card. Please note your authorised card limit when using a credit card.


7. how long can I make changes to or cancel an order I have already placed?


Please contact us with any changes as soon as possible after placing your order. In principle, you can make changes as long as no invoice has been issued or until the start of assembly. If special parts have been ordered for your order, changes to these components are no longer possible. If your changes result in additional costs, these can be paid by bank transfer or PayPal. If the price is adjusted downwards, you will receive a refund. You will receive your invoice at the latest when your bike is ready for dispatch and no further changes are possible.

8. how do I get a voucher?

We also regularly offer voucher promotions. We will inform you about this on our website, via social media and/or the newsletter. You will also receive a voucher code worth €20 when you sign up for our newsletter: https: //storck.livewelt-digital.de/Newsletter/

9. how do I redeem a voucher code?


You can enter your voucher code in the shopping basket under "Voucher code". After confirmation, the value of the voucher will be automatically deducted from the price.
