Regardless of whether you have had an accident with your bike or the frame (and possibly the frame itself) is damaged. the fork) has been damaged in any other way, through no fault of your own, so that it is no longer rideable, you will receive the same or an equivalent Storck frame at a price of 70% of the recommended new price.
Please note the following conditions of the Crash Replacement:
This promise applies only to the original owner for three years from the date of purchase and is not applicable to previously replaced frames. Any additional costs incurred, such as installation, shipping and any other costs, will not be covered. The Crash Replacement is only valid within Germany. The product must have been purchased from an authorised dealer in Germany. The Crash Replacement does not apply to already reduced frames.
Storck Bicycle GmbH reserves the right to deliver an equivalent replacement frame in a different colour and design. The replacement frame is generally delivered without the fork (unless this also needs to be replaced) and headset, as these can be taken from the damaged product or replaced individually. The presentation of the proof of purchase and a description of how the damage occurred, as well as the return and whereabouts of the damaged frame to Storck Bicycle are mandatory prerequisites for a crash replacement. Processing can be carried out via participating specialist dealers. The statutory warranty provisions remain unaffected by this promise. The Crash Replacement cannot be claimed if the material has been handled with gross negligence or wilful destruction has occurred.
