Do you love your STORCK? We love it too! That's why we offer you and your bike a service with a feel-good factor in all our stores in Düsseldorf, Hamburg, Idstein, Munich and Wertheim! For organisational reasons, we would like to ask you to make an appointment in advance with our staff in the store of your choice by email or telephone. The service usually takes no longer than 4 working days.
We have most spare parts on site. If we need to reorder a spare part for you, there may be a longer waiting time. Please let us know in advance what you need or which repairs are necessary, we will also be happy to help you find new parts.
Bike wash: 25 €
Services such as inspections, repairs and minor assembly work on your STORCK: billed on a time and material basis.
