All about our guarantee
We offer you a two-year statutory warranty on all Storck bikes, frames and forks. We grant a 7-year warranty on racing bike frames and forks from the Platinum series.
This does not include damage to the paintwork or anodisation, colour changes caused by UV radiation or the effects of chemicals, for example. Damage to the bearings on full-suspension frames. Damage to derailleur hangers. Other bearings that are not part of the frame construction, such as headset and bottom bracket. These are also excluded. See also the GTC under point 8
