The highlight of the Aernario.3 is its proportional design. This means that not only do the dimensions of the down tube or head tube increase proportionally for each size, but the diameter also grows. This ensures that high stiffness is not lost even in the XXL version. Despite its high rigidity, the Aernario.3 offers maximum comfort. This is ensured by the special HFX flex seat post technology and our patented integrated seat post. Shocks are better absorbed and bobbing is reduced. The super-light Military Carbon Grade Fiber – a particularly light carbon – makes a starting weight of 6.3 kg possible for our Signature Edition.
Platinum/Pro/Comp
The Storck Platinum, Pro and Comp models are characterised by the targeted use of different carbon fibres and resins, which are perfectly matched to the respective requirements. The Platinum models rely exclusively on carbon fibres of the highest quality, which guarantees exceptional stiffness and the lowest possible weight. The Pro models use a mix of high-quality fibres to achieve the perfect balance between performance and price. The Comp models use a simpler fibre technology that provides the perfect basis for entry-level riders. The finish also varies depending on the model. The Comp models impress with a modern stealth look that combines visible carbon with a matt black paint finish and black decals. The Pro models impress with an extensive colour scheme and glossy finish that underlines a sporty look. For the elegant Platinum models, Storck has chosen a fine glaze and Platinum decals that give the bike an exclusive, elegant touch.
Our wheel recommendation
For this super-light bike, which feels most at home in the mountains, we recommend matching wheels with a low to medium rim height of around 37 mm. Weight is often a factor when riding uphill, as every gram counts. But a lower rim height not only saves weight, it also increases efficiency by improving the bike's control and acceleration.
