Build bikes
Assemble and quality-check high-end road bikes, mountain bikes, e-bikes and prototypes.
Work as a team
Support the workshop team and contribute your experience to every build.
Service customers
Carry out repairs and service work on customer bikes.
Maintain fleet bikes
Keep trade-show and display bikes ready to perform.
Your profile
What you bring
Your experience matters, but so do care, curiosity and the willingness to contribute to an ambitious team.
Technical qualification
Training as a bicycle mechanic or mechatronics technician, or a comparable qualification.
Further expertise
Master technician training is welcome.
Practical experience
Experience in bicycle mechanics, ideally in the bike industry.
Quality mindset
You work independently, understand complex bike systems and care about precise results.
